REMISHOP RETURN POLICY

At Remishop, we offer a refund or a store credit for the item(s) returned within 30 days of receipt of the item, if the following terms are met.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for return or exchange, an item must:

  • have been purchased at Remishop.com
  • have an RMA number issued by Remishop.com
  • be in original factory condition with all of its original price tags and labels attached and intact.
  • be unwashed, unworn, uncut, and undamaged (including the packaging).
  • be odor and residue free
  • be returned within 30 days from the date you received it. We must receive it within the 30 days to be eligible. Simply notifying us within the 30 days does not suffice.
  • NOT be a wig, hairpiece, braid cap, jewelry, or eyelashes.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS
An item is considered ineligible if it:

  • was not purchased at Remishop
  • does not have an RMA number issued by Remishop
  • is returned without original packing, tags, and accessories, including the box/packaging, inside packaging, bonus accessories, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • exhibits any physical damage on either the packaging or the product itself. This includes but is not limited to damage from cutting, styling, using chemical products, tearing off tags, having any odor, or any other use of the product.
  • is a clearance, buy one get one free item, or special promotional sale item that we state are final sale.
  • is a wig, a hairpiece, braid cap, jewelry, or eyelashes item. For sanitary purposes, we do not re-sell any returned wigs, hairpieces, braid caps, jewelry, or eyelashes. We maintain this no return/no exchange policy to protect all of our customers from any bacteria or odors so that you can purchase products from us with confidence.

RETURNS
To process a return, e-mail support@remishop.com as soon as possible. We will issue you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you must write onto your box in order to receive a refund. We will give you the option of sending you a pre-paid UPS Ground label which can be deducted from your refund; the other option is to ship us the package via your shipping method of choice. If by chance you would like the shipping label, you can also let us know upon informing us of your intention to return to expedite the returns process. Upon receiving your return package and verifying that it meets our "Eligible Items" criteria, we will process your return, minus the shipping costs that you paid for upon purchase. We must receive your return package within 30 days in order for us to accept and process your refund.

Regardless of the option you choose, it is still mandatory that you e-mail us first that you would like to return an item or items. Those packages we receive that do not have an RMA number, or did not receive prior authorization from us, will be returned to sender. 

For exchanges, we will process this transaction as a return. (See paragraph above about processing returns). Once we verify that the product is unopened, unused, and fulfills all eligibility requirements, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping. To purchase the product you prefer, you may process it through the website as a normal purchase.  

 If fraud or abuse is suspected, we may refuse or delay a return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We will refund shipping and cover return shipping only when we have shipped an item that is different from what was on your original order. In cases where a return is made by the customer due to dissatisfaction regarding a product, Remishop does not refund shipping or pay for return shipping costs. Please note that those who return items from an order in which they received the "FREE SHIPPING OVER $100" promotion will forfeit the promotion and have $7.99 deducted from your return, as well as a deduction for return shipping fees.

BACK ORDERS
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail. If you want to wait until it is available again, we will notify you when it is available and grant you priority over that item. 

WRONG ITEMS
If by chance we ship you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we have verified the issue, we will e-mail or fax you a UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the item back to us.

Please note that "wrong item" means that the item shipped was different from the item that is on the order. Be sure to check your order confirmation and shipping confirmation to ensure that your order is correct. We recommend checking this as soon as you have placed your order. To ensure that the wrong items are not shipped out, please email us before 4 PM Eastern Time to make changes.

If the item we shipped is different from the item that was on your original order, and this is confirmed on your original order receipt and email order confirmation, we will give you the following options:

  1. As soon as you have mailed us back the wrongly shipped item, we will mail you the correct item.
  2. If you would rather take a refund, we will give you a refund after we have confirmed that it is in its original factory condition.

Please be sure to mail us back the product within 30 calendar days of you contacting us in order to ensure that the return shipping label is still valid. 



SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

All orders over $100 (before any applicable sales tax) being shipped within the 48 contiguous US states will qualify for free UPS SurePost shipping. Our free shipping policy does not apply to international orders, APO/FPO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Remishop also offers flat rate SurePost shipping to the 48 contiguous US states for $7.99.

Please note that those who return items from an order in which they received the "FREE SHIPPING OVER $100" promotion will forfeit the promotion and have $7.99 deducted from your return, as well as a deduction for return shipping fees.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed by 4:00 PM EDT will be shipped out the same day. Please be aware that UPS does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed after 4:00 PM EDT on a Friday will leave the warehouse on the following Monday.

This map indicates UPS Ground time-in-transit from our warehouse. Orders will generally ship by the next business day. For UPS SurePost orders, the map is a good guide for determining when the package will arrive at your local post office.  Deliveries will usually be made within 1-3 business days at that point.

BILLING
ADDRESS

Remishop takes credit card security very seriously. Customers who provide billing information that is different from shipping information (name, address, etc.) should note that we will take all necessary steps to verify the transaction. Please make sure that all information is entered correctly. Also, please note that this verification may delay the processing of your order.

PO BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES
Orders shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be delivered via UPS SurePost. Due to the costs of shipping to APO/FPO areas, we are unable to extend our free shipping or flat-rate shipping offers to these areas. Shipping costs will vary by location and package weight, but they will be listed on the checkout page. Please be advised that any alternate shipping methods such as UPS Ground or any of the UPS Air Services (ALL other shipping options other than Sure Post) CANNOT be shipped to a PO Box. Providing a PO Box address as your shipping address for any of the mentioned shipping methods will result in delays in processing/shipping your order.

Here are the APO/FPO address guidelines according to the United States Postal Service (USPS):

When addressing mail to a Military Post Office, do not use the city and country name. Always use the APO or FPO address, without the name of the city and country. This is to make sure the item is handled in the military mail system instead of the international mail system.

SALES TAX
All orders that are shipped to areas within Pennsylvania will be subject to a state sales tax, which will be calculated based upon the current Pennsylvania sales tax rate, as well as the total cost of all products in the order.

CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order as long as it has not already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail us at support@remishop.com or message us on Facebook to request a cancellation. Provided that the order has not already been shipped, we will issue a refund to your debit or credit card for the full amount of the order. If the cancellation request is made after we have already shipped out the order, the order will be treated as a return, and shipping costs will be nonrefundable. 

Please note: If your order has already shipped after you request a cancellation, we STRONGLY advise you not to refuse the shipment. This will only delay the refund process and result in additional Undeliverable Package fees being deducted from your refund amount. We recommend that you instead follow the refund process to ensure the fastest and most complete refund possible.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 
Packages deemed undeliverable due to reasons including but not limited to an incorrect address, refusal to accept a package, or  a failure to pick up the package within 7 days will result in the package being returned to us. When packages are returned to us, we will treat the order as a return. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this situation. Undeliverable Packages considerably increase our shipping expenses. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount; the amount varies depending on shipping method and shipping location. Determining the actual costs of these fees will also significantly delay the processing of your refund.

For this reason, we request that you double check that all shipping information is entered correctly when placing your order. If you notice an error after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@remishop.com so that we can make corrections before the order has been shipped. If you are choosing not to accept a package in lieu of going through the refund process, we highly recommend that you accept the package and email us promptly and within the 30-day window to process a proper refund. We recommend this in order to expedite your return process and ensure additional fees are not deducted from your refund.

CHANGING AN ORDER
In the event that you need to change your order, including shipping information, method, items on order, item quantities, please contact us via e-mail or phone as soon as possible. We are able to change your order as long as it has not been processed and shipped. Please reference your order number to ensure better assistance.

LOST SHIPMENTS
In the event of lost shipments, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can file a claim with our shipping providers. Most cases will typically be resolved seven to ten days after the shipping provider receives the claim, unless additional research time is necessary. All action on our side will be taken only after UPS has conducted its lost package investigation and has also verified that this package has been lost. In any case, we will keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
Remishop partners with UPS and iGlobal in order to streamline the international shipping process. When you checkout, you will be able to see the exact landing cost that includes the shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable), as well as the total cost converted to your currency. This will ensure that there will be no surprises when the package arrives, and the only thing you have to worry about is enjoying your product.

We partner with UPS and its brokerage services to avoid delays at customs; however, in cases in which a shipment is held at customs, we at Remishop do not have any control over these delays. Please be sure that all of your information is correct to avoid possible delays.

Due to the costs of international shipping, Remishop will not process exchanges on international purchases. A potential exchange will be treated as a return, and after a refund is processed, the customer may purchase the desired product. We will provide the option of processing a store credit in the form of a coupon code for those who would like to avoid delays with banks' refund processing times. If fraud or abuse is suspected, we may refuse or delay a return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We will cover return shipping only when we have shipped an item that is different from what was on your original order. In cases where a return is made by the customer due to dissatisfaction regarding a product, Remishop does not refund shipping or pay for return shipping costs. For international customers, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

BACK ORDERS

If you choose to wait for the item, we will put your order on hold and ship out your entire order when the item is in stock. ORDER VERIFICATION & FRAUD PROTECTION

Remishop takes credit card fraud very seriously. As a retailer, it is important for us to ensure that the owner of the card is permitting the use of his/her card. Remishop reserves the right to verify credit card information for security purposes, (ie, when the billing address is different from the shipping address). Please note that this may delay the processing of your order.
